Up Close and Beautiful
Philadelphia Flower Show had so many gorgeous flowers.
It was so nice to see them all blooming and fragrant.
This clematis was simple and pretty.
This is what it looks like backed up a bit.
The colors of hydrangeas never fail to please.

The clematis is pretty – we have a fairly large montana scrambling up an old pear tree – but the hydrangea is gorgeous!! I looove that first shot! You could make notecards of it.
I love the pink/blue/green of hydrangeas too. They don’t seem to like my garden, but I might try again this year. We’ve improved the soil a lot, so … fingers crossed!

Gorgeous photos! The show must have been so fun. It’s all you ever hear about when you hear flower shows. Lucky you to have gone! Those hydrangeas never fail to grab my heart.

Unfortunately your page won’t let me copy and past my url here. In fact, this reply limits spelling corrections and edits too. Odd, I’ve never seen one like it, hard to work with.
Your photos are lovely. I had planned to visit the Chicago show but my Dad’s illness made it impossible. I’ve never had the pleasure of attending a garden show.
