The view of the park that is across the street from my house was magnificent yesterday during sunset.   The trees were glowing with the reflecting light of the sun.  The setting sun made the shadows  long and deep. It was  pretty, but pictures can’t do it justice.       ~October’s poplars are flaming torches lighting [...]

 Nothing new in my garden this week, just the typical fall flowers, like sedum and mums,  but there’s plenty of fall colors like the nasturtium and marigolds with their bright orange color. And speaking of color, we took a drive and the Leaves seem to have turned over night into the blazing oranges, reds and yellows of autumn. [...]
