lilacs and Cats and a mouse
Combine lilacs (one of my favorites!) with some cute animals in a vintage print and you have my vintage thingie.
I found this nicely framed Currier and Ives print “Two Little Fraid Cats” in the bottom of an old trunk that was given to me by a friend. It was in great shape except for a little cleaning up. Now it’s in my bedroom and I look at it every morning when I wake up. It never fails to make me smile.

You should give your pig to Coloradolady since she loves them and does not collect them. Your little fellow is cute. The painting looks very nice where you have it hanging.

it is fun to find hidden treasures like that.
i was just reading an article about “american pickers.” people who travel around finding lost treasures in attics, barns and garages. sounds like a dream job.
happy summer days.
