Nothing to flaunt outsdide….
But indoors, there is plenty going on.
Like my red hibiscus, that is working very hard to grow and thrive.
My yellow hibiscus that also didn’t like the transition to indoors, is starting to come back . I had also cut it down to sticks and it is finally resurging as well.
Then for some color, the African violets are lovely as ever.
And last but not least is my Christmas Thanksgiving Cactus.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with good health, happiness, friends and family!
Not what we say about our blessings, but how we use them, is the true measure of our thanksgiving. ~W.T. Purkiser

Your yard still looks very nice. Even though not much is blooming this time of year, there still is a lot of beauty in the trees and the “bones” of the garden.
Your African Violets look so nice and healthy, very pretty!

You indoor plants look so vibrant and happy. Gotta love those African violets. Thank you for your comments on my post Arboretum wildlife. I’m so glad you enjoyed the birds and other wildlife.

Hi Theresa – Kathy Purdy told me I should come and say hello. I live in Tioga County and though my blog is about food more than anything else, I do talk about gardening a lot too. You yard looks a lot more cleaned up than mine does

I like your photos of outside – yes seriously! it sort of puts it all in perspective, since I usually see it in lush bloom. It’s like a blank canvas. I’ll have it in my mind until spring – that will be really cool!

Well, I had to post on this while I was here. My Christmas cactus is blooming also. I’ve had it for about 1 1/2 yrs now and this is the first time it has bloomed. They are so pretty!
