Farmers Market in black and white
I am joining in on The weekend in Black and White showing a farmers market I went to last week.
They had so many kinds of produce,
it was wonderful to see all the colors and textures.
So I thought I would see if it was as enjoyable in monochrome,
…you be the judge.

~To my favorite honeydew, do you carrot all for me?
My heart beets for you, with your turnip nose, and radish face.
You are a peach. If we cantaloupe, lettuce marry.
Weed make a swell pear.

Wow – I love these photos! People don’t use black and white enough, don’t you think? I’m going to go and see if I can switch my camera’s setting right now….

Texture always works well in black and white, and you’ve found plenty here.
“Weed make a swell pear” – I love it!
