For Camera Critters I thought I would show critters from the show. The theme was “Around the World.” This was part of India’s display which also makes it fit the subject “Foriegn” for Photohunter. Amazing what creativity people have. All of the exhibitions were beautiful scenery to gaze at. Just gorgeous.Â

There isn’t much scenery around here that isn’t snow covered.Â
These waves looked more like they should be slapping against the beach instead of drifted in front of my garage. Â
I sent my son and his best friend out to clear the 3 foot drifts so I could eventually get my car out of the garage. After [...]
of spring and summer,
warm weather and crystal clear days,
the scent of flowers in the air.Â
It will arrive…
…eventually.
I hope.

~In my garden there is a large place for sentiment. My garden of flowers
is also my garden of thoughts and dreams. The thoughts grow as freely
as the flowers, and the dreams are as beautiful.

Looking out my window this morning I was amazed by the scenery. It was as if beautiful landscaping was done in my yard, all in white.
Turns out Jack, Jack Frost that is, was doing his handiwork on my window. His intricate art is to be held in awe. Each sprig of frost looks as if it [...]
My scenic sunday post is about a shop called Sea Hag. It is in an old barn on a very scenic road near a lake.Â
Although it’s out there a ways, people come from all around to visit and shop. Â
The owner Colleen, sells beautiful artwork, antiques, furniture and her own brand of soap which is now available [...]
My son has seen the movie Avatar five times.Â
I have seen it twice. Once just to see it, on New Year’s Eve with my husband and then last night my aforementioned son talked me into a late movie. Since he is 18 and way too busy to hit the movies with his mom on a regular [...]
We took a drive in the 17 degree weather to enjoy the bright sunshine and crisp day. Luckily we were warmly in our heated car as we took in the views.Â
Along the Susquehanna River were these crows on Sumac trees. It almost looked like a blackbird tree with many of them waiting to be picked.
 Normally I [...]
My husband and I try to find a quaint place every Christmas to spend a day, have lunch, shop and just enjoy the season. This time we chose Skaneateles.Â
It’s a quaint town filled with fun shops and scenic backgrounds.Â
The day was sunny and bright but oh so cold!
The lake is beautiful as are the homes and the scenery.Â

We had our first “real” snow today. It was only about an inch or two that took most of the day to accumulate but it was so pretty I couldn’t resist a walk at dusk.
Everything seemed bluish as the light faded and the park lights came on across the street from my house. Some kids were [...]
